This is a picture of me and my best friend Kayla wearing our super duper bright yellow East Coast Trip shirts at the Denver Airport. That was probably the only time we looked R-E-A-L-LY awake. Lol.

Vietnam Veterans and World War II Memorial

The last two memorials are The Vietnam Veterans Memorial and The World War II Memorial.
Vietnam Veterans War
I tried to get the full length of The Vietnam wall but I fould it was pratically impossible. That fact depressed me. I began to think about what im looking at. About 58,000 names are on this wall... and their all either dead or missing.

Heres a close up of people looking at the wall. in the back theres a man on a ladder rubbing a pencil over a piece of paper getting the imptiny og the name on it. There are alot of flowers of red white and blue along the wall for loved ones. It really is a heart-wreaching scene.

World War II

This is the Pacific side of the World War II Monument.

This is me in the monument with the fountian in thr background along with the Atlatic side of the monument.

This is the atlantic side of it. throughout the whole monument the names of all the states in orfer fromt he Aacific to the Atlatic are on either side. I notice that ther are flowers and cards neer the names of the states where loved ones must have been lost.

Arlington National Cemetery

On the last day of our journey we visit one last cemetary. This is where honerable soldigers and important people are barried. This is a picture of the Kenedys Patrick, Jhon, Jaqueline and Daughter are buried (in order from left to right).

This is the view behind Kennedy's grave.

Daniel Chappie James is under the tomb closet to us. It's hard to read because it's small and theres a glare from the sun. He became famous in a movie about him later on.

These three graves are oh honerable people that gave thir lives for the sake of otheres.
(from the botom up) 1: The space shuttle The Chalanger. 7 people lost.
2: Soldigers that gave up their lives to protect hostages
3: The space shuttle Columbia. 8 people lost.

This is when Correia particapated in honering The Unknown Soldiger.

Air and Space Museum

The Wright brothers first plane. It's made of only wood and canvas. To fly it you have to lay down on your stomach and steer it with 2 planks of wood.

To fly, or create, a plane you have to have these 4 concepts in mind. Lift is push that works directly upward  under the plane. it works against air pressure. Drag is what works against the plane, going the other way it's trying to go. Weight is pushing downwards and depands on gravity. Thrust is that is admitted out the pack of the plane to push it forward.
T2 was piloted by Jhon A. Macready and Oakley G. Kelly over the first nonstop transcontinental flight. It took place on may2-3 1923.

These are sketches the Wright Brothers made when designing their plane.
